SWEETIE is a very loving, gentle, senior girl (approx, 11 yrs young), that certainly lives up to her name. Her owners had to give her up after 8 years and the young children came along. SWEETIE has been good with kids, but would be best with 10 yrs and older, who know how to treat dogs.

SWEETIE has been loved and well taken care of and would like to find a loving, quiet home where she can live out her golden years. She knows few commands, is house trained, rides well in the car and loves to go for walks. She was fine meeting the new foster dogs and pays no attention to the foster cats.

SWEETIEi s well behaved and likes to be with her people. She likes to sleep on the bed and will stay at the foot or snuggle if you tell her it’s ok. Cockers can live to 14-17 years, so please don’t be put off by her age. She seems to be very healthy, and was a bit overweight, but has trimmed down since she’s been with us.

JONAH is about 5-6 yrs old, small and just a darling little guy who loves to play with toys and sometimes other dogs. JONAH is a tentative little guy who has some trust issues. He was transferred from a shelter in Utah, and he exhibited fearful behavior and tried to bite when he was being handled.  JONAH needs time when he meets someone for the first time but does seem to warm up pretty quickly.  He has become more trusting while in foster care, but does seems a little wary around some men.

JONAH has been groomed several times without incident so we think he just needs some time, love and gentle handling. We would not place him in a home with children, but teenagers and adults are ok. He is neutered and current on shots. He has had a dental and is in great shape health-wise.  He is a very sweet little guy who loves attention and would probably love to go for more walks if given the chance. JONAH is housebroken and doggie door trained. He will be a wonderful companion for some lucky family.

BRANDIE is a sweet, spayed 4 year old little girl, which we believe is a Cocker-Cavalier cross. She is a little smaller than most cockers, weighing at about 16 lbs and has an easy-care shiny coat. She came to us from a local shelter where she was surrendered for snapping at her previous owner. She is very afraid of crates so we don’t use them with her. She will require and owner experienced with fearful dogs. She is house broken, but as with any new dog, will need a little training in a new home.  BRANDIE is a fun, energetic and playful little girl, loves to jump on people’s laps and give them kisses! She was very vocal when she came to us but now has learned to be quiet inside the house although she will still bark if left alone outside. She is very food motivated and so is not difficult to train. She has learned sit and down and we are working on the wait command. She is generally good with other dogs, but is possessive of her food or toys around other animals.  Let us know if you would like to meet this little sweetheart!
